What is the return policy?
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges if you wish to change your item, you’ll need to place a new order once your return is processed.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unworn, with no perfume or hygiene traces, and with the original tags and hygienic protection still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases can be returned unless they are on sale.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped from France.
Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days within France and up to 15 business days internationally, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
All Esthète pieces are made in France, near Paris, with high-quality Italian fabrics carefully selected for their durability and comfort.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location:
- France: between €5 and €10, depending on the delivery method.
- International: costs vary depending on the destination and customs fees. For example, shipping to the United States can reach up to €70 during certain periods due to customs charges.
